Banner Printing - How we print
We Print all our banners in house on a PVC material. Our banners can be used both indoors and outdoors and are supplied with eyelets, unless otherwise required. The ink we use is a waterproof ink so it won’t run when it gets wet. At My T Shirt Printers we offer a full design service for your banner printing if you need a hand. Here’s a brief overview on how we create your banners.
Design or Artwork Check
We either Design your perfect banner or check the artwork you supplied to make sure it’ll print with great results.
In the artworking stage we add 25mm bleed all around the outside of the design to allow for the folded edges.
Rip the Design
The Design is then ripped through our large format software ready to be printed.
Your banner is then printed on our large format printer using top notch inks to get the best results.
Edge Glue and Fold
After the ink has dried we then start folding the banner edges and bonding them with a strong glue tape.
Punch and Eyelet
Once all the edges have been glued we start to punch the holes for the eyelets in the banner to finish it off.
